For every visit when an active patient: Cooperates with wearing headgear and/or rubber bands, On-time to appointments, Oral hygiene is impeccable, Loose or broken brackets/appliances are avoided, they can enter to win a really cool prize! Drawings are every quarter. The Florissant office and the Ste. Genevieve office will each run their own contests. Dr. Taeger will determine if the patient has earned C.O.O.L status at the time of the patient's checkup. Bring in your semester report cards, and if you have a 3.5/4.0 or 9.6/11.0 G.P.A. or above, we will put you on our web honor roll! Once on the honor roll, you will be entered to win a $25 Gift Certificate! Prize drawings coincide with semester grades. Drawings will be held February 1st (Ste. Gen) & February 15th (Florissant) and June 30th for both. Bring in your report card before those dates to be included in the prize drawing!
